Hello. My name is Erin Egan, and I am a distant relative of Sam Yorty. It's quite odd that I came across this website at all, but I have been researching Sam, and I am interested in any information that you have on his California family. My father is Patrick Egan, of Lincoln, Nebraska. He would be a second cousin to Sam. My Great Aunt, Irene Egan, who passed away several years ago had most of the information, and I have been sifting through boxes with photos, etc and it's all quite interesting to me to discover that I was related to Sam Yorty.
